Hi!
I just wanted to recommend this volunteer organization as I just had a wonderful experience the last 3 months. I am just so happy to have chosen this organization because it was a true adventure i hope other people will also come to know. The hosting family was a cool blend of people, the team director couple Kabalo and Lara were so welcoming and nice. I felt very comfortable living at their home place. They had themselves 10 orphan children(ages 9-16) at their home which was so fun and nice to be surrounded by them later in the day, along with the cows, goats, chicken and 2 dogs hehe. I spent about a month at every project i took part in. There was Gendaa Primary School which was a blast. The headmaster and teachers were very nice and helpful when we(me and other volunteer) were´nt exactly sure where to be or do. Every day was crazy busy, yet so much fun! We, at the time I was there, there were 3 other volunteers from other countries, we would go in the morning to school, play and teach the preschool children, eat lunch there, play and teach some more and come home at about 2 - 3 and at home we had the small children who we could play and teach some more, fetch water, do dishes, clean, take car of the cattle and more! Later the bigger kids came home and we could do more with them! Wow I am just so thankful for my time there and I learned so much I feel and made some great friends I hope to see sometime again! Ahsante sana Cultural Life Tanzania
