Join Amped for Education on a voluntourism trip! Spend your mornings building the walls of a learning center or mixing cement for the foundation of a classroom. Afternoons are spent on excursions, hiking volcanos and boat tours of Lake Nicaragua. Conclude your trip with a relaxing trip to the Pacific Coast.
Amped for Education is organized for charitable and educational purposes beginning with expanding education to impoverished areas of Nicaragua and throughout the world. Amped for Education’s primary focus is on secondary education and including the community in the planning, construction, development, and operations of the schools and places of learning. Amped for Education involves working side by side with people, rather than simply for them.
