Overview
EHN is a joint English/Nepali organization that aims to bring new ideas, ways and improvements to volunteer placements set up in Nepal. Our aim is not just to support them but develop each project to actually make life better for the people we are trying to help. By working carefully with local people we are introducing and adapting new ideas and ways to suit the Nepali culture and environment.
Since 2010 when EHN was created we can proudly say that all of the volunteer fees we have charged have been spent in Nepal where its needed creating a support system for both our placements and our volunteers.

Teaching English is very important in Nepal because it gives children a better chance in life and work.
Playtime at the orphanage, we are looking for volunteers who can help look after them but also have fun at the same time.
Medical work in the Himalayas at our medical centre in Gerkhu.
The Sauraha daycare centre is a volunteer favourite because the children are great. The background of the Chitwan park helps as well.
Help with local children from kathmandu teaching, playing game and just having fun with them.
A warm welcome to all volunteers awaits in this small village school inside the Bardia national park. And the added bonus is tigers, elephants and rhinos are all nearby.
But its not all work as there are many festivals to join like our Dashain. Join groups celebrating among the villages and meet the rural Nepali
And there is lots more to do at the same time, from elephants to the greatest mountain range in the world Nepal has something for everyone.
