Overview

The Family Institute for Health and Human Services Inc., doing business as Project C.A.R.E.S., has chosen the most at-risk students from West Charlotte High School to participate in a new and innovative learning experience. The Global Perspective Studies (GPS) Program’s mission is to increase graduation rate, maximize academic growth, and achieve proficiency in math and English through twenty-first century learning techniques, real world applications, and global exposure, in order to inspire the student’s personal investment in their education. The program provides academic, social, and behavioral support to students who are at risk of not graduating in four years.
