Talents need structure, mentorship and jobs to grow. Our initiative works hand in hand with local schools, universities and companies to develop talents and bring them in meaningful jobs. Our program is driven by our experience as entrepreneurs in Africa and a pro-bono activity of our start-ups.

Global volunteers are an integral part of our program. We tailor the program individually for every volunteer to match their skills with the program requirements. We are proud that our program attracts a diverse mixture of volunteers of all ages, cultures and backgrounds!
