Overview

Permaculture & Biological Research Internships in the coastal forests of Ecuador, in conservation, restoration, community outreach, scientific research, and appropriate technology. Projects include monkey demography, avian diversity, amphibian conservation, sustainable agriculture/ permaculture, and tropical reforestation. There is also the opportunity to be certified in Permaculture Design (PDC) and/ or take an Introduction to GIS course during your time in the reserve. Each internship is two-months in duration, during which time you will be living off the grid in one of Ecuador’s most beautiful ecological reserves (Jama-Coaque Reserve). We are happy to work with students interested in earning credits through their university. Learn more about the program at WWW.TMALLIANCE.ORG
