YICE

Youth Initiative for Community Empowerment (YICE) is a registered Women and Youth Empowerment Initiative founded in May 2010 in Mubende district- Uganda. We work to implement innovative community based initiatives to empower vulnerable women and youths with knowledge, skills and appropriate information and services for self-dependence. We build the capacity of women and youths with knowledge, skills and services in fields of small Enterprise development, youth employment, water and sanitation, sexual reproductive health and HIV/AIDs, Orphans and other Vulnerable children, vocational training and youth skills development. We mainly target women, youths, out of school girls, orphans and other vulnerable children in schools because they are the most vulnerable in our community.
