My experience with Abroaden surpassed all of my wildest expectations. For 10 straight days I was living safely and comfortably in one of the world's most beautiful countries with a great group of people. None of it would have been possible if it weren't for Jay who did nothing but care for the group, provide a continuous positive and enthusiastic energy, and share his many captivating stories. Jay does an incredible job planning out each day and finding the perfect balance of tourism and volunteerism. I strongly encourage anyone who is considering experiencing an amazingly beautiful country with Abroaden to hesitate no more and book a trip. You will never regret it!

This program will change your life. The lessons I learned from my trip will forever resonate with me. I wish for others to experience the same. No set of words could possibly describe how amazing this trip was. I learned so much about the country, the culture and myself as an individual. This trip truly broadened my view of life and how I live day by day. The masterful connection between volunteer work and tourism is what makes this particular program so special. Having both aspects throughout the trip was crucial to gaining the larger understanding that I now have. How I view life and everything I have, all changed. Machu Picchu? Amazing. Cusco? Beyond beauty. Miraflores? Spectacular. Cajamarquilla? Humbling. Not only were the places we went amazing, the person leading the trip was amazing.
Jeremiah is by far the most down-to-earth person I know. His kindness, livelihood and easy going attitude are what made the trip go so smoothly. When things went awry, he always remained calm and found a solution. Not only that but he is just an outstanding friend. His knowledge of Perú and great stories really made him the perfect tour guide.
To anyone looking at possibly going on this trip: please go. I promise you will not regret it. The life lessons I have learned from the people, the places, the culture, even the lessons from fundraising for the trip, will forever be with me. Perú opened up my soul to the wonderful lessons I know now, and I hope many of you will see what I have seen.

Jeremiah is a wonderful person. He planned an amazing trip, providing many opportunities for an authentic view of life in Peru. He created a cohesive, inclusive environment with all of the participants. I felt completely safe sending my child abroad with Jeremiah and trusted his judgment. In addition, he sent regular updates and pictures of the kids throughout the Abroaden trip, which helped to allay any concerns.

By far the coolest thing I will ever do. Seeing the real Peru first hand was an unreal experience for me. I will never forget anything from that trip. The community service was very eye opening as well as the activities never failed to exceed all expectations. I hope everyone gets a chance to have an experience in their life like the one I received with Abroaden.
