Manna Project International

Manna Project International’s model is a collaborative community-based approach to development. By working within and alongside communities in Nicaragua and Ecuador, our volunteers strive to promote each community’s success while simultaneously learning from them. Our approach stresses holistic development, recognizing that the challenges facing these communities are multi-faceted.
Our long- term volunteers serve for 13- month, 7- month or 5- month periods. Short- term volunteers serve for 4 or 8 week sessions in the summer. All volunteers work inside the community on a variety of programs falling under the following categories: Health, Education, & Livelihoods. Manna encourages our volunteers to explore programs they are passionate about and truly experience their new community!
