VIDA Volunteer Travel is a nonprofit organization based in Central AMerica and Minnesota that sets up medical, dental, and veterinary clinics in under-served areas of Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. Especially under-served is Guatemala, because not many organizations have trips that go there. Our trip is fro March 8th to March 16th to provide medical, dental, and veterinary services to the people of Guatemala. We’re all undergraduates – mostly from the University of Texas at Austin – who truly care about becoming health care professionals one day and working hard to get into medical, dental, and veterinary school.
