Founded by 3x Olympian Tracy Evans, KPI uses sport and the Olympic values to promote gender equity in communities impacted by genocide.

Building a global community in which boys and girls positively challenge and change gender norms.

Rooted in the belief that sport can be a powerful catalyst for social change, KPI uses the powerful Olympic value of Fair Play to inspire and teach. Fair Play means: respect, community, contribution, opportunity and moral courage – these characteristics motivate Olympic athletes & rural Rwandans alike to build more gender equitable societies.

Led by our Olympic Athlete Ambassadors, KPI offers rewarding short term volunteer trips that Inspire, Educate and Explore in Rwanda and Cambodia. Custom trips available as well.

Every good deed is a work in progress and what Kid's Play is building is remarkable. The kids were very eager to learn and joyful to have us there. Our group was well organized, always on the go and always paying it fowrard. Overall a wonderful experience and look forward to returning for more and continue to evolve the program!
